This Web Site is a creation of FEDOP aimed at offering information to visitors to the Fair as well as opening a new channel of communication and service provision between the latter, its exhibitors and FEDOP.
Access to all its pages is free and anonymous except in those areas where, for security reasons, the User is required to register for access to that area. FEDOP reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and services offered therein.
I.- USER OBLIGATIONS:
Access to and use of the services contained in this Website entails full acceptance of the general conditions of use expressed in this document.
The User undertakes to use the contents (understanding “contents” to mean texts, graphics, plans, drawings, designs, guides, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, information, links or any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property), as well as the services offered, in a correct and lawful manner, in accordance with the law, morality and generally accepted good customs. In this regard, the User undertakes not to reproduce, distribute, transform, modify or manipulate the contents as well as the technical protection or configuration devices of the Website; consequently, under no circumstances shall the User use any means other than those made available by the Website in order to obtain any kind of material, information or files included therein.
In accordance with the above and in general, FEDOP does not authorise the reproduction, transformation, modification or manipulation of its brands and distinctive signs by users or the use of the same for the promotion of its own activity or in any way, creating situations of confusion in the market.
Likewise, the User shall refrain from carrying out activities that may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the pages, or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Website and its services by other users.
HYPERLINKS: The User may not establish hyperlinks from another Website without the prior express written authorisation of FEDOP.
II.- USER INFORMATION
Cookies: This Website uses cookies or similar mechanisms to avoid requesting the user’s identification several times in the same session and thus allow for more comfortable browsing. Our cookies do not have references that allow the name and surname of the user to be deduced, they cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers. Personal Data: This Website offers different registration services for exhibitors, those attending the programmed activities and professional visitors, information for the media, etc. Registration by this means may require the User to provide personal data in order to be effective.
To this effect FEDOP informs you:
The completion of the registration forms is completely voluntary.
The personal data will be incorporated into the automated file that corresponds to the character of the User, of which FEDOP is the owner and responsible. FEDOP has adopted the legally required security measures for the protection of its automated files.
The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is the registration of Users in the selected modality and competition, the provision of the service or access to the information requested by the User.
The personal data may be used by FEDOP to send information related to the professional activity carried out by the User as well as, where appropriate, information about other FEDOP events or activities that may be considered of interest.

Third Party Content: FEDOP considers it of the utmost interest to promote communication between its exhibitors, the media and the Users of its Portals and web pages. In this sense, through the Internet, it offers the possibility of displaying, on the pages that may be destined for this purpose, information relating to its activities, new products and ideas, acting, in these cases, solely as an intermediary in the transmission and dissemination of the content.
FEDOP states that these contents are always the property and responsibility of their authors, who are solely responsible for their veracity, legality, continuity and updating, and therefore declines any responsibility for the information provided by them.
Catalogues Published on the Internet: FEDOP has set up a space on its Website where the User can consult Catalogues of certain events that have taken place recently or will take place in the near future. These catalogues refer exclusively to the event from which they originate and include the information provided by the exhibitors in order to make themselves known to the User through these catalogues.
FEDOP declines any responsibility in relation to the information provided by exhibitors, who are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
III.- EXCLUSION OF FEDOP’S LIABILITY:
FEDOP does not control, at all times, the use that Users make of the Website, in this sense, it is not responsible for any acts that, in breach of the provisions of this document, may have been carried out by Users of the same.
FEDOP does not guarantee the absence of viruses on its Web Site or the server that supplies it or any other elements that may cause alterations in the User’s computer system by acts of third parties, or the establishment by third parties of unauthorized hyperlinks.
FEDOP cannot guarantee the accuracy of its contents or the continuity of the same and reserves the right to make changes or modifications to them unilaterally, in whole or in part, as well as interrupt or suspend access when it deems appropriate.
